Become stronger & more flexible and increase your energy & stamina as we move into the Spring with this simple, practical class for beginner’s & men who want to have fun developing your body, mind, & spirit. In this class you’ll learn the fundamental stretches, breath techniques, & principles of yoga.
INSTRUCTOR: Bryan Rollins, a Hatha Yoga instructor who really enjoys introducing men to the basic principles and stretches of yoga.
DONATION: 1st class FREE for newcomers. After that you can donate $15/class as a drop in or become a member of Manifest for $50/month and get 5 free events per month, 2 weeks free membership to West Coast Fitness, a free one-hour professsional massage, and discounts on local men's wellness services & products.
